Business CardsIn Japan, when you are offered a business card, you are expected to regard the card carefully, reading both front and back. In that country, a person's card is regarded as symbolic of his or her character, perhaps even moreso than being representative of his actual line of work. Often a bow proceeds the acceptance of the card. We don't think you need to go as far as a bow, but a business card should be more than something that just conveys your name, address and phone number; it should be as eye-catching and effective a sales tool as a well-designed display ad.

These days you can purchase a thousand black and white template cards online for about $12. But what does that say about the person who thrusts one of these things at you in hopes of gaining your attention? To me, it says this person doesn't care enough about his business (or himself) to get a decent logo and business card made.

Tice Allison Design creates custom business cards starting first with a custom logo, if needed, and then lays out a stylish business card template set to your specifications, ready for print. Graphic design prices range from $75 for something simple & elegant that can be tailored to the client's liking with minimal adjustment, to $300 and above for clients who require a wide variety of viable logo designs from which to choose, and have budgeted for a complete artistic endeavor.

Also known as "Visiting Cards," calling cards originated in 17th century France. Tice Allison Design has several fun and affordable layout ideas from which to choose. This is the calling card I use as an actor. Simple, stylish, elgant, inventive. People frequently ask me where I got these made, and now I am happy to offer this design service to you for a reasonable price.

We start by creating an actual logo design from one or two single letters of the alphabet, usually your first and/or last initial. You mail, or provide us with a usable photo of yourself, along with your signature on a white piece of paper.

Design alone: $75
plus 500 cards: $235*
plus 1,000 cards: $290*

(4-color, front and back, high-gloss scuff resistant coating)
