Who better to design your restaurant menu than someone who knows the restaurant business? It has been some years since I have worked in a restaurant, but I spent nearly twenty years employed in just about every capacity in the food and beverage industry, from bartender to floor manager.
My experience in this industry has come in handy time and time again sitting down with clients such as Lupe’s Diner in Windsor to chisel out the details of a menu; I have been able to offer my own valuable input based on hands-on experience.
I mean… how many graphic artists do you know who could ostensibly run your restaurant? I may have retired from the restaurant business in one capacity, but now I can apply my knowledge of it in terms of developing smart, elegant menu designs for my clients.
